San Diego Mactan Inc. (“SDMI”) is an emerging company engaged in property development and property management. We are a company that is focused on developing real estate developments that will completely address the growing needs of our distinguished clients. Catering to their requirements that conform with today’s modern lifestyle where comfort, safety and security matters the most.

We are a company embedded with strong vision formed by strong-willed individuals whose focus is to enhance our real estate industry and aims to be the benchmark in the Philippine Real Estate Development in years to come.

Currently, the company is at the midst of finishing its first venture project, the “81 Xavier Residences”.

81 Xavier Residences is built to answer the needs of a comfortable living for the few distinguished clients, a “Home” just within their reach. It is a two-storey residential condominium with 261 units of 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom flat, 2 Bedroom with Loft and 3 Bedroom Lofts due to open by 2013.
