Our company is looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer / Frontend Developer. This is full-time job of 40 hours per week from Monday until Friday.

We only do casual interview but we also believe that communication leaves a very important role while on the job. We hire under probationary basis and if you can prove that you are really skilled worthy for the position by the given period then we can formally announce your regularization as quick as a fox or otherwise we can choose to part ways.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our project manager/coordinator including Japan team and/or our CEO and collaborate with the lead software engineers to design/build new websites or mobile applications.
• Develop and envision UI/UX design strategies for software products or brands
• Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups
• Convert designs, wireframe or mockups to Responsive
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, troubleshoot UX and front-end coding problems
• Create color scheme that incorporates the business design concept • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Design UI that are user-friendly and aesthetically appealing to end user
• Adhere to the style standards of typography and graphic design
• Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model. Provide technical advice wherever necessary.
• Collaborate with the in charge Marketing officer to make sure that well-suited content is being created and delivered to the digital users
• Making sure that UI elements are well tested before submission, page designs and page layouts are in order, target links are not broken, and page flows are served correctly for landing pages
• Keeping up to date with recent trends and standards that may contribute to present skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any computer or digital art-related course
• 2+ years’ experience as a front-end developer.
• 2+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as VueJS or ReactJS etc.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Solid familiarity with tools such as as Figma, Adobe Xd, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, similar web-based and applications.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Must have basic understanding of programming concepts and languages such as PHP
• Proficiency using Git version control.
• Excellent visual design skills to conceptualize creative ideas
• Patience to gather requirements and fix revisions until the management or client approves
• A team player but can work independently as well.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining keen attention to detail.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, 8 hours shift)

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
