JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an SEO Manager to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite optimization, reporting, local SEO optimization, Copywriting, Citations, and Google my business management. You’ll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the development and successful execution of SEO strategies.
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building).
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
• Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.
• Direct on-page optimization projects.
• Research trending keywords.
• Create and edit content to include popular keywords.
• Optimize website copy for SEO purposes.
• Use analytical tools to gauge the success of content.
• Apply comprehensive SEO fundamentals including writing meta, verifying SEO friendly page elements, creating target keyword lists and maximizing link architecture.
• Stay on top of SEO/Publishing industry news and search algorithm changes


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Extreme attention to detail. This is the most important qualification for this job.
• 3+ Years of Proven experience as an organic SEO and Local SEO Manager (experience at a Marketing or SEO Agency preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Basic knowledge of reading HTML/CSS
• Experience with SEO reporting
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with relevant tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, Brightlocal) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightLocal)

SCHEDULE
8-hour shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Manila Time.
Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
