Job Description
- College graduate of any related course (Industrial Eng., Information Technology or similar)
- Report the progress and any issues on any project/activities of IT System section.
- Manage and maintain IT documents (procedures, manuals, checklists, WBS, forms)
- Analyze issues and concerns and be able to identify root causes, corrective action, and preventive actions.
- Good in oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and management skills
- Experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements
- Above average knowledge in Microsoft applications
- Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology is an advantage
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage
