As a Functional Analyst, you will be part of the Odoo Project Implementation team. You will be responsible for evaluating the current business processes of the client, develop and execute a functional design that will resolve the business problems. Be an active participant in the system testing phase by coordinating system-related concerns and resolutions to the Dev Support Team. 

In addition, you will be tasked to undergo Odoo training and certification. This position is a work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to complete your tasks and responsibilities from the comfort of your own home. 

Responsibilities

• Odoo training and certification
• Evaluates clients’ current business processes and makes recommendations to resolve business problems.
• Conducts user requirement gathering and develops function design specifications in alignment with new business requirements and must perform system configuration and documentation
• Conducts investigation, and coordinates with the Development/System Support Team for system-related concerns and resolutions thereof, improvements, and support need.
• Prepares unit testing script and supports user-acceptance testing.
• Works closely with business users and ensures good rapport with clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
• CPA is a plus.
• At least 4 years experience in accounting or roles with business process exposure
• At least 4 years Experience in accounting software or ERP like SAP, Quickbook, Zero
• Strong technical skills. Able to navigate accounting software.
• Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Client - oriented. Experience in client-facing role is a plus.
