Sales Representatives
Job Description
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities for this position include:
• Actively promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals within a designated territory.
• Conducting regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including their features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
• Gathering feedback from healthcare professionals to identify market trends and competitive activities.
• ·Achieving sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and expenses.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure excellent customer support.
Qualifications
• Must be a collage graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a medical representative experience is not mandatory but is advantageous for the position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage in sales activities and drive results through effective negotiation and sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in using technology tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
