Job requirements

• At least 8 months of experience in client-facing roles, with a preference for handling voice accounts, or related fields within a BPO or call center environment.
• Utilize your fluency in Tagalog to create seamless customer communication.
• Conversational to fluent in English is a strong plus.
• Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
• Utilize your skills to positively influence customers and drive conversion rates.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center.
