Communication Program Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Communication Program Manager is responsible for providing a range of communications support for the PH internal communications team; also organizing, tracking, and arranging internal communications for India and HR, and supporting stakeholder communications, major campaigns, and projects.

In addition, you will be responsible for promoting a positive brand image by strengthening internal communications. If you are an enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic person, and have a flare of storytelling, we would love to meet with you!

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-8 years of experience in the role of a Communication Manager or equivalent experience
• Very strong organization skills and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience and knowledge in proofreading and editing
• BPO experience is a must
• Excellent portfolio with a proven track record of successful communication campaign examples
