Job Description

We’re looking for a Store Craftsman to join our team. If you love working with your hands and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect job for you! No experience? No problem—we provide free training.

What You’ll Do

• Handcraft leather watch straps with care and attention to detail.
• Make sure every product meets our high-quality standards.
• Work with our team to manage orders and keep track of inventory.
• Help customers find exactly what they need.
• Keep our workshop and store organized and tidy.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for working with your hands and creating beautiful things.
• Basic knowledge of leatherwork is a plus, but not required.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
