The Collections Specialist will be working with clients. This is a key function for the group. You will be managing our collections portfolio and have the ability to further develop your functional expertise. 

In this role, you will…

• Be responsible for daily collections of low, medium and high-risk accounts, both verbal and written, and in accordance with our collections strategies and policies.

• Ensure our collection policies are adhered to at all times and that you operate in good faith and according to Fair debt collections act, bil: 1448.

• Negotiate payment agreements, including but not limited to restructuring proposals and/or deeds of company arrangements.

• Maintain accurate records within our Collections module on all collection activities and next actions.

• Ensure escalations are initiated in a timely manner.

• Respond promptly, and accurately, to both client and internal stakeholder inquiries.

Qualifications
