  • Tasked with collecting payments from Chinese or Filipino customers for logistic shipping.
  • Assigned to find suppliers for office supplies or client references through local Chinese websites such as Taobao, Alibaba or Made in China.
  • Update social media profiles on sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to draw in additional clients.
  • Double check the quantity loaded into or out of delivery trucks to make sure they are the same with the receipts, reporting immediately to the Supervisor any discrepancies in received deliveries.
  • Create delivery route schedules from the warehouse to the office and from the office to the customer locations using the lalamove or grab applications.
  • Arrange purchase orders for tools and equipment requirements.
  • Liaise on handling requests and queries from Superiors, Managers and Director.
  • Receive and process shipment orders by Customers.
  • Prepare Permits and other relevant Applications/Declaration.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Resolve issues and handle inquiries related to logistics promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and skills in photo editing using Canva;
  • At least 1year of experience as Administrative Assistant/office staff preferably in Logistics/Transportation/trucking company. (not required but certainly a plus);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Drive;
  • Good English Communication Skills both verbal and written;
  • Can multi-task with minimum supervision
