SALES ACCOUNT MANAGERS

Job Overview:

The role will be primarily responsible to lead business development and sales activities with emphasis placed on business pipeline expansion, revenue generation, profitability, and product positioning in Philippines region. Based on the seniority and experience of the individual, the territory and industry vertical assign may vary.

Keeping steadfast eye on business perspective may keep a long term relationship with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Getting close deals and hitting sales quota
  • Providing end-to-end assistance to clients to ensure delivery of the services acquired
  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
  • Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client`s needs and objectives.
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
  • Prepare reports on accounts status.

  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
