Job Description
  • Manages incoming calls from customers/ clients.
  • Identifies customers' concerns/ requests and formulates resolution.
  • Provides accurate, valid and complete information using the right method and tools.
  • Meets personal or the customer service team's standards and calls handling SOP.
  • Handles customer complaints and alternative solutions within the time limit.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
