Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in defining and reviewing application requirements and use cases.
- Develop application designs aligned with business process design and requirements.
- Configure, build, and test application components while facilitating smooth transitions for developers and testers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in ASP .NET Webforms or ASP .NET MVC, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong skills in unit testing and/or Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with web service development/consumption and familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Preferably experienced in implementing MVC, MVP, and/or MVVM design patterns
- Microsoft solutions developer certifications like MCP, MCSD, or MCAD preferred
