Job Description
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, telemarketing, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Maintain an organized filing system of records, documents and reports
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
- Excellent in MS Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm specific programs and software
- Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing (Facebook, twitter, Instagram)
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management, time management and problem solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
