Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearhead strategy development and data collection from both internal and external sources, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of acquired data. Establish consistent collaboration with market research firms to ensure timely delivery of market intelligence.
  • Drive primary and secondary market research initiatives to capture trends, opportunities, and threats within our industry. This includes comprehensive analysis of market, competitors, customers, technology, and other related sectors.
  • Assist the Strategic Insights Director in generating actionable insights and recommendations vital for strategic planning, M&A pipeline, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Develop framework for reporting insights, crafting executive-level presentations, and communications crucial for informed leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct collaborative activities with various teams in the organization, including product teans, regional strategy, sales, and marketing to gather insights and align strategies effectively.
  • Contribute to the establishment and management of an intelligence monitoring and deployment schedule to ensure timely dissemination of critical information.
  • Drive refinement in strategic pipeline processes, enabling proactive planning and execution within the organization.
  • Support various Corporate Strategy department activities based on specific needs and requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Market Insights Analysts and other junior colleagues in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a  related field.
  • 5+ years experience in strategy, business intelligence, and market research.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • A drive for learning and a proactive attitude.

SET UP: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

SHIFT: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
