Job Description:
1. Develop annual marketing plans and ensure the achievement of business and management targets.
2. Prepare the budget for the SPA and strictly control operational costs.
3. Coordinate all aspects of the club's business management, establish and improve work processes and service standards in accordance with 5-star+ standards, and lead the team in the efficient and high-quality operation of the club.
4. Develop feasible marketing strategies based on market changes and developments, organize and implement them effectively.
5. Establish standardized service processes, management systems, and quality standards to enhance brand value and service quality through standardized management.
6. Responsible for handling and resolving major customer complaints.
7. Coordinate and communicate with government departments and other administrative agencies to ensure smooth operations.
8. Maintain external relationships and handle important client receptions to establish a good internal and external image.
9. Responsible for employee training, assessment, and other management tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Hotel Management, or related fields.
2. More than three years of work experience in a high-end SPA establishment in a similar position.
3. Candidates with existing customer resources will be given priority consideration.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability skills, as well as strong management and team-building abilities.
