Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our financial operations with precision and efficiency. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of invoices, and meticulous reconciliation of client accounts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1.       Manage Daily Operations of the Accounting Department:

o    Track sales by location and classification of services.

o    Update expenses and upload receipts.

o    Analyze revenue per salesperson.

o    Conduct client complete details vs revenue analysis.

o    Ensure client names match across all platforms.

o    Review project overages.

o    Handle vendor forms.

o    Prepare end-of-day (EOD) reports.

o    Update Salesforce with relevant data.

o    Provide recommendations for process improvements.

2.       Assist and Analyze Spreadsheets:

o    Perform manual data entry accurately.

o    Review daily designer reports.

o    Monitor retainer clients and client details.

o    Coordinate internal client onsite/batches.

o    Generate team utilization reports.

o    Analyze Google Adwords campaigns.

o    Conduct revenue analysis.

3.       Assist and Review our Time Tracking tool:

o    Track hours and timesheets diligently.

o    Ensure the accuracy of descriptions.

4.       Practice Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving:

o    Apply analytical skills to resolve issues promptly.

o    Identify opportunities for efficiency.

5.       Compliance and Administration:

o    Adhere to all company protocols and procedures.

o    Manage administrative tasks efficiently.

6.       Customer Service:

o    Provide excellent customer service internally and externally.

o    Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

·         Preferred courses are in Accountancy, Finance, and Mathematics.

This is not intended to be all-inclusive. Other responsibilities and/or qualifications may be assigned by management as appropriate.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         Can work the graveyard shift (10pm-7am PHT).

·         Can work fully onsite.
