Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring clients satisfaction with the service provided
- To manage outbound calls and get in touch with previous clients to avail the service again
We are eyeing for?
- At least 1 year of international BPO(voice) experience
- Preferably with SALES and RETENTION experience
- Undergrad with relevant work experience
Compensation to enjoy:
- 18,000 basic + 2,000 allowance (19K basic upon regularization)
Work Set-up
- Frontera Verde/Makati (amenable to work both sites)
