Responsibilities: 
- Develop high-quality code, prototypes, and tests; troubleshoot and resolve issues; and optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
- Design robust APIs and other back-end components to support mobile and desktop clients.
- Serve as the Back-End Development Subject Matter Expert, keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and providing guidance on microservices, serverless architectures, API gateways, data and caching platforms, containers, and related technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a back-end developer
- Strong knowledge of microservices and serverless architecture
- Experience with Agile Software Development of App/Web/APIs using microservices, databases, web servers, app servers, message queues, and other cloud-based technologies
- Proficiency in software development (back-end) for web, mobile, and native application stacks
- Familiarity with programming languages such as NodeJS and Java
- Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, Web Server, Cache, SQL, and NoSQL
- Ability to coordinate with other departments regarding product launches, as well as product and process improvement.
