Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Report to Facility Manager Perform scheduled maintenance work.

2. Monitor preventative maintenance work performed by the vendor.

Solve minor electrical problems in the building.

3. Repair or clean indoor air conditioning units.

4. Supports Operations on area setup.

5. Install electronic equipment on set up areas work with the PMO team during Fit Outs Provide reports on daily activity.

6. Perform troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment and work closely with building administrators for entry and submission of permits and work passes.

7. Work with building administrators to coordinate storage and parking rental providers.

8. Other duties as directed by the Director of Facilities.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of practical experience in a related engineering field

• Professional degree/certificate in Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics.

• Bachelor's degree or registered license preferred.

• Verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Must be willing to work in Sta Rosa, Laguna.

• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
