Job Description

The Performance Management lead is responsible to design, develop, implement, monitor, and measure
performance. Also, to advise management on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual
performance in alignment with business objectives of the Company and aligned with the Global requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management strategy across all service lines aligned
with the firm’s business objectives and growth.
• Plan and execute all the milestones in the performance management cycle.
• Benchmark locally, regionally, and globally on the best practices in performance management and update
the processes and policies accordingly.
• Update the Performance management policy on yearly basis and if required upon request by the
executive committee.
• Develop and update guidelines around the performance milestones and the annual appraisal process.
• Manage all departmental performance issues.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework to all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management System in collaboration with HRIS and IT
teams.
• Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System should they face
challenges with the implementation.
• Work with various stakeholders to promote the high performance and feedback culture.
• Collect and analyses performance appraisal results across functions.
• Resolve problems related to appraisals, such as employee requests for re-evaluation, and ensure that
these issues are handled in a fair, professional, transparent, and equitable way
• Coordinate with Talent Management teams to gather and provide necessary input
• Train staff at all levels on the performance framework and the behavioral skills/ soft skills.
• Train mid-level management on various engagement and coaching techniques.
• Facilitate conversations and discussions with various stakeholders including senior management staff.
• Coach staff on different coaching techniques and help upskill them and retain the top performers.
• Develop and deliver content related to performance management, employee development and or any
area in the talent management cycle.
• Lead all communications and interactions with the global team and manage the internal communication
plan for all related matters in the performance cycle.
• Put in place the proper risk controls, in consultation with the risk management team, that will protect the
firm legally and will ensure compliance with the global mandates.
• Develop and run multiple survey (pulse, temperature check, people survey) across the firm.
Education & Experience:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business
Administration.
• Training and Facilitation skills is a must.
• Full English proficiency is required.
• 6 - 7 years of experience in performance management / talent management / leadership development
