Quality Assurance / Quality Control Assistant Manager /Manager (QA/QC AM/M)
1. General Functions:
a. QA: establish and maintain quality improvement processes, such as training, audits, awards and documentation.
b. QC: identify and resolve product defects throughout the product lifecycle
2. Specific Functions of QA Manager
a. Design standards and processes to be implemented by production to minimize defect rate.
b. Promote quality awards and incentive programs
c. Lead the company towards quality certifications
d. Conduct internal audits on product quality
e. Conduct readiness programs for external audits and certifications
3. Specific Functions of QC Manager
a. Manage and train a team of production inspectors
b. Design process and procedures for defect and error finding
c. Ensure that QA standards and policies are observed
d. Assess customer complaints and provide countermeasures
e. Introduce process improvements to achieve quality targets
f. Inspect final output for good and no good
Experience as a QA/QC manager in a manufacturing environment
Can act as both QA and QC Manager
If a candidate with both QA and QC management skills cannot be found, the two candidates can be considered separately.
Working Days: M-F 7am to 5pm
