Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.

· Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs efficiently.

· Coordinate with the manpower agencies for staffing needs and concerns.

2. HR Policies and Records:

· Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

· Maintain and file employee records, memos, and HR documents.

· Track employee progress and movements for accurate record-keeping.

· Maintain and check accuracy of employment contracts and 201 files.

3. Compensation and Benefits:

· Oversee assessment and evaluation of employees.

· Responsible for the implementation of statutory and company-initiated benefits.

· Process government mandated benefits and loans.

· Audit and monitor timekeeping, leave benefits, and payroll.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant government labor laws and regulations.

4. Employee and Labor Relations:

· Prepare and update organization structure and job descriptions.

· Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.

· Collaborate with department leaders to address employee concerns effectively.

· Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

· Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company guidelines and labor laws.

5. HR Reporting:

· Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.

· Utilize data for HR-related decision-making and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Expertise in DOLE compliance and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in communication and employee relations.
  • Familiar with compensation and benefits structuring.
  • Competent in HR metrics design and data analytics reporting.
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment and can-do attitude.
