BOOKING SALESMAN is responsible for achieving sales objectives & distribution for the assigned principal, and for the direction & control of sales activities & supervision of overall assigned sales operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES & DISTRIBUTION
Knowledgeable on the products of the assigned principal.
Performs basic call procedure & ensures 100% call rate and 80% productivity rate
Achieves sales target through monitoring of Daily Sales Report and submits to the supervisor daily
Open new accounts & develop existing accounts by introducing & promoting products/SKUs not being carried
Ensures availability/distribution and placement of new SKUs to all accounts & achievement of UBA as agreed by the principal
Monitors delivery lead time & service level
Determine the releasing of incentives of the sales rep is in compliance to the incentive policy.
Monitor SRP, & execution of trade promos & programs. E.g. display agreement, price off, rebates, bundling among others.
Implementation of planogram set by the principal.
Quarterly sales & operations review with ManCom
Attainment of ICO (inventory control objective) & ensure freshness of floor inventory.
Manage total returned stocks to include bad orders, expiring items, dented, rat bites, among others.
COLLECTION
Updates A/R weekly with the sales
Conduct A/R reconciliation monthly with the sales
Resolves hanging balances & issues involving loses due to returns, & defalcation.
Recognize the risk of the company in extending credit to the customer & develop action plan to handle the situation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knows how to drive motorcycle with valid Driver's License
With at least 1 to 2 years experience in Sales
Background in FMCG distribution is an advantage
Good selling and negotiation skills
Hardworking and trustworthy
