What to do?

Offers expertise in intercompany operations, revenue assurance, and intercompany analysis; ensures prompt preparation and submission of various reports on a periodic basis as may be necessary for both internal and external reporting requirements; maintains regular touchpoints and coordination with the Compliance Team (PEZA and Tax), RTR - Financial Reporting, and other teams; and keeps an eye on a variety of day-to-day accounting processes.

Job Description:

• Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews and analysis of intercompany duties in accordance with accounting principles.
• Perform an audit, support PEZA and Tax with the information/input they require for their government reporting, and ensure that SAP tables and charge codes are created, maintained, and closed on time.
• Ensures that all pending recon issues are resolved within the policy period and that any situation requiring escalation is handled in accordance with the escalation matrix.
• Identify and participate in Finance-related process improvements and innovation initiatives
• Contribute in initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and assist finance leads and other members of the finance team with financial analysis and intercompany accounting information

Qualifications:

• Open for CPA and non-CPA!
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related field
• Must have an experience in Finance & General Accounting:

Associate Manager - At least  7 years of experience in accounting or with strong intercompany, financial and accounting skills in a shared services industry or with the big 4 auditing firms; At least 5 years supervisory experience

Specialist - At least 5 years experience in Finance and Accounting; 2 years experience as Team Leader/Supervisor

Senior Analyst - At least 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting or Record-to report

Analyst - At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting or Record-to report

• Must be amenable to work in different sites such as Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Alabang
• Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule
