Job Description

B2B / Fleet Sales Manager

Working Schedule: 9 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Friday) and 9 AM to 1 PM (Saturday)

You will be responsible for :

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Clam, professional and logical decision maker even under pressure.
  • Well-organized, presentable, proactive, positive, and energetic.
  • Experience in building sales processes and procedures.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.


Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Automotive industry.
  • Previous experience selling to the government is an advantage.
  • Proven track record with dealing/navigating with B2B and corporate clients.
  • Well-experienced in dealing/navigating with government and corporate clients.
  • A corporate Sales track record and previous experience with the government are an advantage.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
