Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional male Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience in an office setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
  4. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  5. Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
  6. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  8. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
  9. Assist in organizing and coordinating office events or meetings.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist in an office setting.
  2. College graduate
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in using office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
  8. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
