Job Description
- Ensure the Construction Safety and Health Program are implemented on project site by assisting the Safety officer to preserve the injury-free workplace
- Identify health and safety concerns by participating in planning meetings inherent in the operations daily work plan
- Prevent accidents in the workplace by providing hazard analysis, risk assessment, controls in identifying potential threats to company assets and enforce site safety plan on scene
- Prevent reoccurrence of accidents by investigating the cause, removing the hazard, documenting and recommending corrective measures
- Ensure that safety and health program is observed and enforced at the project site by enforcing daily toolbox meeting prior dispatching of workers
- Assist in updating the safety plan by providing the Safety Officer with timely safety reports
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the company and its business performance by doing other related task that may be assigned from time to time
