Personal Assistant (Stay-In: Clark, Pampanga)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and dedicated Personal Assistant / Helper to provide comprehensive support in managing personal activities and maintaining a well-organized household. The ideal candidate should possess good culinary skills, a strong understanding of nutrition facts or a passion for learning about health and wellbeing.

You should be proficient in English communication, understand technology, and be willing to travel as required. The role requires residing with the employer, ensuring the smooth operation of the household, and providing exceptional assistance in various personal tasks.

Responsibilities

Personal Assistance

  • Provide high-quality support to the employer in managing daily personal activities, including scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.

Nutrition and Meal Preparation

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of nutrition facts and dietary requirements, and plan and prepare well-balanced meals that cater to the employer's preferences and dietary needs.

Culinary Skills

  • Showcase excellent cooking abilities by preparing a wide range of delicious and nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and personal preferences.

Financial Management

  • Assist in managing household finances, including bill payments, budgeting, and maintaining financial records.

Household Management

  • Ensure the smooth operation and cleanliness of the household, including tidying up, organizing, and overseeing the maintenance and repairs of household equipment.

Travel Support

  • Be prepared to accompany the employer on domestic and international trips, providing support in packing, itinerary planning, and other travel-related arrangements.

Communication

  • Maintain effective and professional communication with the employer, exhibiting good verbal and written English skills.

Personal Care

  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as wardrobe management, laundry, and other personal grooming needs.

Confidentiality

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal and private matters relating to the employer and the household.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Domestic Helper, with a focus on culinary skills and nutrition knowledge.
  • Demonstrable experience in cooking a variety of cuisines and ability to adapt recipes to meet specific dietary requirements.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition facts, dietary restrictions, and the ability to plan and prepare healthy, well-balanced meals.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management principles, including bill payments, budgeting, and record keeping.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Willingness to travel with the employer and adjust work hours as needed to accommodate personal and household requirements.
  • Willingness to reside with the employer wherever he goes (e.g., Hong Kong, Philippines, Macau, and China).
