Responsibilities:

-Deploys the solution as per the company security standards
-Coordinates implementation of the voice and data network design among multiple teams for local changes deployment
-Ensures the deliverables are completed as per the timelines provided on the project tracker
-Provides weekly status reports for the projects being supported
-Provides weekly time report of hours charged on various projects
-Escalates to the deployment manager to engage the right level of resources for troubleshooting


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant field
-Strong technical background and analytical skills for appropriate designs and timely delivery of products
-Operational experience with any or all of the following: Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Netgate Gateways, Network Technologies or tools
-Ability to contribute and work as a team member
-Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Must have either a CCNA or CCNP certification
