Job Description
Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES - VOICE (onsite assignment, graveyard shift)
Qualifications:
- Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR experience
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
- Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
- Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
- Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: Answering email inquiries, Able to do Inbound Calls, Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
- Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
- Team player and able to work with less supervision
- Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
- Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Well-organized, Responsible, and has initiative
- Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
- Willing to start immediately
