Responsibilities:

-You'll provide leadership & direction to all the technology resources in the Global Service Center in Manila while coordinating with the respective global functional and business technology leaders.
-You'll be responsible for building, managing, and guiding various teams that will be part of global technology teams and focused on software engineering, application development, program delivery, testing, and data analytics.

Qualifications:

-At least 15 years of experience in solution delivery or product/application development functions with at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles.
-At least 5+ years of prior hands-on experience in a technology stack (LAMP)
-At least 5+ years of prior management experience with at least one team that use MERN stack technologies
-At least 5+ years of prior management experience with at least one Platform, Infrastructure team that uses SRE or DevOps practices and Information security.
-Ability to lead a team of highly skilled hands-on technology professionals (software engineers, application developers, service managers, program managers, software testers, BI professionals, etc.) who are responsible for translating business needs into technology solutions.
-Track record in building and maintaining complex software platforms in a global organization/matrixed environment
