WORK SCOPE: Responsible for bridging the stakeholders/clients and the technical team and spearheads business project requirements to maximize productivity and communication. Helps with the continuous improvement of both new and old IT systems by analyzing business requirements, recommends improvements and controls, and documents all recommendations and modifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Consults with clients and stakeholders to ascertain strategic goals and business needs

• Collaborates with IT to design systems that meet strategic goals

• Spearheads IT project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forms project teams within a specified project budget

• Creates and presents reports to clients and stakeholders for project updates and recommendations

• Surveys, designs, and implements a system that’s ideal for the user experience

• Analyze, and tests both old and new systems through sampling, modeling, and soliciting feedback

• Recommends controls and improvements by identifying problems and documents improved procedures

• Calculates the cost-effectiveness of a new system versus an old system

• Develops specifications and templates for software engineers to follow

• Performs risk assessments on legacy systems as well as proposed systems

• Document project requirements and business case

• Ensures specification of requirements & technological solution is clear & complete

• Determines and ensures completeness of application/solution and facilitate UAT

• Deploys application/solution and facilitates the training delivery

• Act as subject matter expert for application/solution

• Ensures that project Business Requirements methodology, procedures, and templates have been complied with.

● Reports to: IT Head/ IT Project Manager

● Closely coordinates with: Sr. and Jr. Software Developers, Business Unit Managers, and Stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

1. EDUCATION: Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related

2. SKILLS

• At least 2 years of systems analysis and design experience

• Experienced in the following: System and business analysis, developing and analyzing project needs; analyzing process flows, inputs, and outputs

• Must be adept in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint

• Fluent proficiency level in both English and Tagalog oral and written communication

• Must be familiar with databases languages such as sqlserver, mysql, postgresql, and redshift

• Must be familiar with coding languages such as PHP, Code Igniter, Laravel, Javascript, Kotlin, Swift

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Number or hours excluding lunch break: 8 hours (total of 9 hours with lunch break)

• Shift Schedule: AM: 8AM-5PM (HYBRID WORK SET-UP)

• Work schedule: 5-day work week with weekends off
