Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate the business and systems requirements gathering meetings with the customer.

• This includes development of the presentation slides and materials for the sessions.

• Create an initial assessment of the system requirements for review and approval by the project team.

• Participate in the review of detailed design specifications, test plans and user.

• Assist Project documentation for functional and technical completeness and accuracy.

• Managers during the project planning and preparations with the customer and the internal project team prior to the Kickoff Meeting 

• Works cross-functionally to serve as a trusted consultant and expert for internal and/or external relationships to ensure high quality data is available for analysis and better business understanding. 

• Uses advanced analytic solutions to support customer teams and improve efficiency.

•  Works on projects/matters of high complexity in a consultant role. Complexity may vary based on several factors such as client size, number of systems, varying levels of Established structures, or dynamics of customer and or data. 

• Help prepare for the end-to-end UAT which includes data build-up, development of Test

• Plan document along with the test scripts. 

• Conduct an internal end-to-end QA testing after configuration/development.

• Assist the consulting and implementation team to facilitate the entire end-to-end UAT sessions with the customer.

• Facilitate the configuration validation review sessions with the customer.

• Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, system design documents, user manuals, and training materials that will help and train users for the procedural requirements of software.

• Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.

• Conducts post-deployment activities such as administration of User Experience Survey,

• Customer Feedback Form, and post-implementation support. 

• Create assessment and recommendation for the ongoing projects' successful implementation in support of the team's goal for business revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or any related field

• Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Power Point and Word.

• Knowledgeable in MSSQL, basic to advanced scripting; crystal report and other reporting tool or software is an advantage. 

• Familiar with PowerBI, Power Pivot, MS Access and other similar apps and tools providing analysis is also an advantage. 

• Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Huawei) is also an advantage but not required.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll; knowledge of best practices and labor standards, preferably in different industries. 

• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (or equivalent role)  

• Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO is also an advantage.

• With experience in HRIS and payroll software, preferably in larger industries.  

• With experience in Project Management, Business / Systems Analysis like Jira, Gannt chart and other related tools 

• Must be highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities. 

• Ability to properly apply concepts of system analysis and design to provide practical, efficient, scalable, and long-term solutions for computer software problems. 

• Ability to assess systems properly and produce functional and non- functional design documents.

• Have excellent facilitation skills and the ability to work accordingly.

• With excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Can work in a highly collaborative environment, with minimal supervision. 

• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-moving environment and cope up with the functions and requirements needed by the job. 

• Must have the desire to learn new skills and grow competencies.
