Job Description
- Responsible and provide general administrative support in farm business including work with local government matters and local agency firm to provide a basic payment and grant scheme service.
- Monitor all the farm workers in their daily duties and responsibilities
- Monitor the health and well-being of all the farm workers inside and outside the farm
- Responsible and maintain orders supplies and equipment request by the farm operational manager and all the department head with the approval of the upper echelon.
- Assist farm operational manager, and all department heads in catering inquiries of client and employee
- Handles event planning for meetings, professional development and other department initiatives.
- Assist farm operational manager and all department heads in any work related according to your skills, scope and limitation.
- Handles Petty cash of the farm, insure the receipt and liquidated accordingly.
- Handles and performs other analogous tasks, duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
