Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

4. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Encoding of Warranty Applications to GWP System.

6. General office work for the Warranty Program, payments, payment confirmations, and other administrative tasks.
