Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management/ BS Psychology or any equivalent programs.
- Knowledgeable of Human Resource Process with at least 1 year of experience (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Good oral and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, honesty, and hardworking.
- Knowledgeable in HR policies and government laws.
- Possesses the skills in negotiation for recruitment, and onboarding process.
- Good in problem-solving and people management.
- Excellent computer skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva app, Microsoft Excel, Microsft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Excellent internet skills for website skills of recruitment, social media recruitment skills, and smartphone/ texting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with timekeeping and payroll processing.
- Leads recruitment, employee onboarding, and orientation.
- Leads in the onboarding process and firing process.
- Administers employee and labor relations procedures.
- Maintains employee records monitoring, filing, and updating (soft and hard copy).
- Facilitates employee training and development needs and organizes employee engagements.
- Performs basic HR administrative tasks.
- Perform other functions that are important to the HR functions and process.
