Job Description

Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Behavioral Sciences or Psychology.
With at least 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in the related field.
With certificate of employment
Must have an extensive understanding in management and supervision of the daily operations of HRD.
Expertise in retail and wholesale business is an advantage.
With Superior in communication and presentation skills and should be able to work independently.
Knowledgeable in Labor Laws and Statutory Compliances.
Skilled in preparation of disciplinary guidelines and corporate notices.
