Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise complex projects from start to finish, addressing moderate to high-risk aspects.
- Define project scope, establish schedules, budgets, and resource requirements, while outlining deliverables and timeframes for completion.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the team, facilitating coordination among internal and external groups.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate the activities of several project teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of management experience
- 3+ years in the BPO Industry or similar
- Willing to work on a multi-shift schedule
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Planning and time management skills
- Has strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in risk management and adept at conflict resolution
- Highly analytical and skilled in problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other microsoft office applications
- Proven knowledge of systems and business functions
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to foster relationships across the organization
- Experience working independently and collaboratively
