Job Highlights
*NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL for time worked between 10 PM-6 AM
*Php 20,000 at the end of contract, subject to guidelines
*Php 5,000 For completing requirements within 3 days from Job Offer
*Contract may be extended or absorbed based on performance and need.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Offering staff support via email, phone, or chat and promptly delivering appropriate solutions.
• Managing all aspects of the hiring, onboarding, offboarding, termination, and resignation processes in HR
• Assisting in the information collection process for paid or unpaid leaves of absence, medical leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc.
• Entering data or importing files into systems, then checking the accuracy of the data.
• Finding opportunities for improvement and process improvement
• Assisting the client's human resources department with issues involving personnel forms, archives, and records
• Assuring the accuracy of personnel data/records while collaborating with HR teams and outside parties to offer help and support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least Sr. HS Grad or 2nd Yr. College (old curriculum)
• With at least 6 months BPO or HR work experience
• Good communication skills
