As a Graphic Designer, your focus is on crafting top-tier creatives that seamlessly align with our brand and business goals. You will collaborate with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to translate creative concepts into impactful graphics across various platforms. Your core responsibilities include creating design solutions for compelling proposals, illustrations, layouts, and enrich user experiences across diverse channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize and design brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, proposals, and social media materials.
• Ensure adherence to the brand’s guidelines, meet expectations for quality, aesthetics, and deadlines
• Stay updated on current design trends
• Guide and support junior team members on best design practices
• Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines efficiently
• Communicate with clients, understand design needs while sharing ideas
• Offer innovative design solutions
• Work independently as a design consultant
• Maintain responsiveness to clients
• Engage in diverse organizational initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design or related field
• Must have 3-6 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, and stakeholder management with an impressive portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Has experience in using Adobe Audition, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Skilled in designing banners, flyers, brochures, infographics, presentations, and social media materials
• With good written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with global clients
