We are looking for a talented Social Media & Content Specialist who can plan, research, ideate, write, optimize, and measure engaging content for Addiction Pet Food Brands, all in the quest of bringing our brand to life for our customers. You will be responsible for fulfilling our social channels and content needs which will include crafting original text, image, and video content, both short and long form. In community management, you will be managing posts, and responding to followers as well as leading initiatives with KOLs. As someone who will come in direct contact with our fans, advocates, and customers, you will need to be adept at managing our company’s image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social Media Specialist, we expect you to be on the pulse with what is trending across our markets, and be first-in-line to detect what is coming up next. You must be bold with technology, and willing to harness the latest digital advancements, especially generative AI to be able to supercharge creativity and productivity. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to deploy them externally as well as internally to manage stakeholders. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media and content needs and unleash them to build brand love, drive engagement, and ultimately sales and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals across all our markets.
Develop campaign ideas into fully fleshed-out social media and content plans in order to bring them to life.
Objective-driven in approach – creative ideas that are distinct and resonate, not merely content for the sake of it.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences (industry & competitor).
Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
Manage our KOL relationships to encourage inspiring and relatable stories from them.
Monitor SEO and web traffic or other relevant metrics.
Collaborate with other marketing functions and teams, like brand, trade, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee our overall social media accounts.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Excellent written and spoken English. Copy Writing, Social Media, Campaign.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist.
Expert on established social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as newer channels such as TikTok.
Hands-on experience in content management.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of online marketing channels.
Familiarity with web design and web management CMS for the publication of blogs.
A keen aesthetic eye.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
