The Engineering Associate Manager is responsible for supervising, recommending and standardizing the production process for equipment/refrigeration systems, Compressed Air Systems, Power Systems, and Steam Systems.

He/she would also perform preventive maintenance on equipment and manage day-to-day plant construction activities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and define PM revisions, changes, and corrections.

• Perform preventive maintenance development for process plant systems/equipment.

• Implement reliability of production facilities and their components.

• Execute large planned facility projects.

• Ensure that technical resources and assets are used efficiently and productively.

• Initiates and recommends actions to address technical safety, health, environmental, and product quality concerns.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of B.S. Engineering (preferable Chemical or Mechanical)

• Identify and define PM revisions, changes, and corrections.

• Perform preventive maintenance development for process plant systems/equipment.

• Implement reliability of production facilities and their components.

• Execute large planned facility projects.

• Ensure that technical resources and assets are used efficiently and productively.

• Initiates and recommends actions to address technical safety, health, environmental, and product quality concerns.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of B.S. Engineering (any course)

• With at least (3) years work experience in a Manufacturing Industry at a similar capacity  

• Preferably a Licensed Engineer by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) 

•  Must have a background in refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilating systems, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air supply systems, and other rotating equipment operation and maintenance

• Amenable to work in Danao City, Cebu.
