Job Description
he Online Ticketing Agent is responsible for providing customer service to customers who are purchasing tickets online. This includes answering questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules; processing payments; and resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules via phone, email, or chat.
- Process payments for tickets.
- Resolve customer issues, such as lost or damaged tickets, incorrect reservations, or flight cancellations.
- Keep up-to-date on airline policies and procedures.
- Work with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer software, including ticketing systems and CRM applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
