Grails and Build Corp (GAB Corp) is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer that will be responsiblefor developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This role involves a combination of sales, promotional activities through social media engagement, market research, and customer relationship management to multiple projects in Quezon City. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Plan and organize promotional events, project launches, and exhibitions.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, online content, etc.
• Manage online and offline advertising campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

What you need to qualify for the job:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management or equivalent education.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills with concise and clarity.
• Pleasing personality
• Preferably near or residing in Quezon City.
