• Will be responsible in the following but not limited to bidding projects, project procurement, cost control, manpower, owner billing, subcontractors/suppliers billing, change and variation order
• Will handle Project quantity take-off and costing
• In charge of procurement documents and cost-budget project monitoring 
• Responsible in sourcing, preparation and coordination of required/ordered materials
• Will attend to site-meeting with clients, pre-bid meetings, site inspection or any project meetings that require his or her presence

Requirements:
* with 2 or more years related experience
* graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture course; holder of PRC license a plus
* a resident of Cainta, Taytay or nearby areas
* Proficient in various computer programs
*can start ASAP
