Job Description

• Involved in general design direction starting at concept stage and formulates design concept CD, Hardscape with internal design resources and references;
• Gives input in the design process/development ensuring that the design output adheres to company standards.
• Develops design solutions, high-quality presentation drawings through ought design process.
• Takes the lead, responsibility, and accountability for the whole project cycle.
• Takes leadership of his/her team in ensuring that resources are fully utilized.
• Leads all assigned design packages and ensures production schedules are properly carried out based on the Company’s standards.
• Reviews and monitors quality control of all the assigned tasks.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality control on all the assigned tasks to all team members
• Evaluates and addresses all risks that could affect project outcomes, provides feasible solutions, and submits periodic reports on project status.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree preferably in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Must have at least five (5) years' experience in Landscape settings.
• Candidate should have good design and presentation skills.
• Can handle work pressure.
• With advanced technical knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.
• Well, acquainted with all design stages and processes.
