Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· General accounts receivable functions
· Prepare and coordinate deposit and all other bank activities
· Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
· General accounts payable functions
· Check, verify and process invoices
· Schedule and Prepare payments/checks for signature
· Responsible for sorting, code and enter accounts payable data
· Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
· Maintain vendor files
· General payroll functions
· Process payroll once received the time keep from HRD
· Verify taxes and other deductions like company loans, personal loans
· Prepare and distribute payroll checks
· Prepare and process payments for government mandated benefits SSS, Philhealth and PagIbig.
· General support functions
· Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
· Assist in month end reporting procedures
· Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
· Track and audit petty cash
· Perform filing and general administrative tasks
· Assist in preparation of BIR reports
· Prepare and record BIR related transactions in books
· Encoding of transaction in accounting software
