Job Overview:

            Responsible for delivering and transporting various types of items such as documents, packages, products and such from one office to another. The role also includes storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
2. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
3. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
4. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
5. Complete diary logs into inventory.
6. Report any discrepancies.
7. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
8. Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
9. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
10. Sorting and organizing packages for delivery.
11. Obtaining signatures and confirming receipt of packages from clients or businesses.
12. Managing and maintaining an accurate record of all deliveries.
13. Preparing reports for management.
14. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. At least High School graduate.
2. Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience as Warehouseman/Messenger or similar role.
3. Knowledge in MS Office.
4. Highly dependable and trustworthy.
5. Must have his own motorcycle and valid driver’s license.
